Honestly I'm tired of going to this particular McDonald's and ALWAYS having to wait in line. Am I wrong here? Isn't this a fast food restaurant? If you have four cars and three just order drinks what would you do if you were the management? MOVE THE BIG ORDER VEHICLE TO THE WAITING AREA It's only located two foot away! Now get the order done and make more money! Stop micromanaging and let the young employees make a decision or perhaps train them to make a decision. Ok my vent for the day!! Good luck Forsyth MO McDonald's!!! Oh and I have been told you really need to clean out your ice machine bugs are hanging out in there! Hmm can't keep the good employees... I wonder why management???? Only ONE STAR for you!!! What a shame!!
There were 4 or 5 kids, had to be 13 and 14 each, in the playplace yelling and racing around. Their parents were in the main dining area ignoring the complaints. The staff didnt help either. We only wanted our almost two year old daughter to have a day out.
They did away with the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel just a couple weeks ago, which I have been craving my whole pregnancy, so I wasn't happy about that...Today I finally decided to go back and my sandwich was still partially frozen, and not just a little either...I usually don't complain but the service here has never really been all that great. It has honestly been more of a convenience thing for me, but can't say this makes me want to go back any time soon.
Waited for 23 mins I. The drive thru line. What a shame. Sandwich was cold and the milk was warm.
This was the trashiest place I've ever been in. First thing I see when I walk through the door is the window sill is caked with at least 30 dead flies and even more alive ones. Then I notice there is trash and dirt every 2 feet. I thought that was bad till I walked into the play area and every single table is mounded over with trash. The workers that were sitting there eating and playing on their phones should've been up cleaning and making the place look a little less scumy.
