Stayed a couple night here, it was a small 2 bedroom cottage with a small kitchen. Had outdoor grilling area and a fish cleaning area for the sportsmen. Family run operation since the mid 80's. Friendly and hospitable, within walking distance of a bar and grill.
I would recommend Twin Lakes Motel to anyone. Motel just doesn't seem right. They are cute little cottages.
The owner is a wonderful friendly woman. And the other customers have always been very friendly and considerate.
We decided to come in on our anniversary w weekend early. The hotel we reserved was for the next day. Twin lakes was a little put of the way but sje had a room amd they were so clean and cute and comfy. Like a small apartment. I really enjoyed staying therw. I wish the toilet was a little further from the wall but it was great!
This is a charming place to stay. Reasonably priced. My husband and I stay at Twin Lakes everytime we go to Forsyth. The kitchenette has all the dishes and pans you need to cook a meal. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.
This motel is in a perfect place right off the road but it is pretty quiet, too. It is very affordable. It is a kitchenette. Right across the street from a convenient store and within walking distance of like 3 restaurants and a grocery store just down the road. It is nice and clean. The lady who runs it does a great job and is very friendly and remembers those who frequently come to the motel..she is very caring and has an eye for details.
